This is an exciting new position in the business, with the core focus of driving growth through lead generation. You will be opening doors and passing the lead to the sales team, this is a great opportunity to earn more for the work you do every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads, researching potential clients - businesses who could benefit from energy solutions.
- Use various outreach methods such as cold calling and emailing to initiate conversations with potential leads, fostering interest in the company’s energy products and services.
- Continuously manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead information, contact details, interactions, and progress to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to transfer qualified leads, provide insights on lead potential, and support the sales process to close deals and meet revenue targets.

About you:
- Experience in a similar role involving cold-calling is preferred but not essential.
- Motivated and eager to take advantage of the incomparable earning potential of working in energy sales.
- Able to influence conversations and develop interest in a product or service.
- Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
